Good Neighbor Clothing Closet: Providing Dignity Through Access to Clothing

At The Insight Alliance, we believe that everyone deserves to feel seen, valued, and respected. One of the ways we extend this belief into action is through our Good Neighbor Clothing Closet—a free clothing resource for community members who have been impacted by the carceral system, addiction, and houselessness.

Clothing is more than just fabric—it’s a form of self-expression, confidence, and comfort. Our mission is to ensure that those who need it most have access to clean, quality clothing without barriers.

Our Partners

How It Works

We collaborate with trusted nonprofit partners throughout the region to provide clothing directly to their clients.

Partner Organizations pay a low monthly fee. In return, they receive a designated weekly time slot to bring clients to shop the closet with dignity and privacy.

In addition, individuals currently accessing services from The Insight Alliance are welcome to receive free clothing anytime they need support.

This model allows us to serve more people while creating a consistent, supportive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Donate Clothing

You can help us keep our shelves stocked and our community supported. We are currently accepting donations of new and gently-used adult clothing (all genders, sizes, styles, and seasons).

What We Accept: Clean, gently-worn adult clothing, All sizes and styles (men’s, women’s, gender-neutral), Seasonal wear (coats, jackets, rain gear, etc.), Shoes in good condition, New underwear only (we do not accept used undergarments)
